Our Seed Round and the Road Ahead

CORA Seed Round, closed September 2026, over the Boston skyline and the Charles River

Today, we're excited to share that CORA has officially closed its Seed funding round.

We started CORA with a simple observation: the way lenders monitor credit has not kept pace with the way they originate it.

A facility may be underwritten once, but it is monitored for years. Borrower financials, compliance certificates, covenant tests, borrowing bases, amendments, waivers, and reporting packages move back and forth quarter after quarter, often through inboxes, PDFs, and spreadsheets built decades ago.

That is more than just an efficiency problem. It is a risk problem.

CORA is portfolio monitoring infrastructure for banks and private credit funds. It reads the borrower packages you already receive, spreads the financials, tests the covenants, analyzes the collateral, and flags early warning signs. Every number traces back to its source document, and every action lands in a complete audit trail.

This round allows us to go deeper on the areas our design partners care about most: broader document coverage, sharper early-warning signals, more powerful automation, and the controls required to deploy CORA inside regulated financial institutions.

To the investors who backed us, the design partners who trusted us early, and everyone building CORA: thank you.

We're just getting started.
