Everything Your Lender Asks For, Ready to Send

The certificate, the pack, the compliance certificate and the statements, each prepared by CORA from your files, reviewed and signed by you, and kept for reference.

Your Deliverables

Each one downloads from your Deliverables screen and is recorded as sent to your lender.

The Signed Certificate

Your borrowing base certificate for the period, calculated from the source figures in your package and rendered as a PDF with the signatures block.

  • Differences from your workbook flagged and explained
  • Each signer's name, title and time
  • The record's identifiers on the page

The Reporting Pack

One zip with everything your lender expects for the period, in the shape they are used to receiving it.

  • Your workbook with CORA's sheet added
  • The signed certificate PDF
  • The support files and a read-me

The Compliance Certificate

The covenants as your agreement writes them, each with its test and its result for the period, ready for the signer when the agreement asks for it.

  • Every covenant with its rhythm and its test
  • The result for the period, on the record
  • Signed the same way as the certificate

The Financial Statement Submission

The monthly, quarterly and annual statements your agreement calls for, kept with the period they belong to and recorded when they go.

  • Each requirement from the agreement's own schedule
  • Filed against its period on your record
  • Recorded as sent with the rest of the period

Your Reporting Calendar

What is due, when and to whom, mapped from the agreement rather than kept from memory, with each period opened for you when it is due.

  • The certificate, the statements, the compliance certificate
  • Cadence and due rule from the agreement's own words
  • Weekly reporting when the agreement triggers it

Completed Packages, Retained

Every certificate, statement, question, answer and delivery kept under your company's name for reference, for as long as the facility runs and after.

  • Separate from your lender's platform
  • Every act attributed to a named person
  • What was sent, to whom, when, with which files
Line by Line

Differences Flagged Before You Sign

CORA calculates every line of the certificate from the source figures behind your workbook: the aging, the inventory reports, the reserves. Where a line ties, it says so. Where it does not, the difference is named, sized and explained in plain words, saving the effort of checking each calculation by hand.

You see it first. What reaches your lender is the certificate you signed after each difference was settled.

Your Screens

Everything about your facility on one screen, in your company's words.

Home

Your facilities as cards: the lender, the state, what is due next and when, the last certificate.

Reporting

The period: what is expected, what has arrived, the calculation, what CORA flagged, the signature, the certificate.

Borrowing Base

Each certificate's waterfall: gross, ineligible, eligible, rate and availability by class, the reserves, the covenants and their results.

Documents

Every file by period and class, the day it arrived, the drop zone, and a page on what CORA reads.

Deliverables

Per period: the certificate PDF, the pack download, and Record as sent with the record of every delivery under it.

Administration

Users and their roles, one signature or two, your lender's contact, and your company's account.

Control What Reaches Your Lender

CORA for Borrowers is your own workspace, not a window into your lender's platform.

Separate From Your Lender's Platform

Your company's account, documents, certificates and conversations with CORA stay in your workspace. Your lender receives what you choose to send and nothing else.

Every Act Under a Name

Each upload, answer, change and signature is attributed to the person who made it, with the time. The record is the audit trail, and it reads in plain words.

You Decide What Is Sent

CORA prepares the package. You send it the way you always have and record that you did. Nothing leaves your workspace without you.
